A delicious Stir-fried Ground Pork with Edamame recipe.

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and stir-fry until it changes color and is no longer pink.
Add the diced carrot and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Then add the edamame and continue stir-frying for another minute. (Ingredient ratios can be adjusted to taste.)
Season with salt, light soy sauce, and a drizzle of oyster sauce. Add a splash of hot water, cover, and let it steam briefly to prevent the vegetables from drying out.
Serve hot. For a spicy kick, add chopped bird’s eye chili, minced garlic, and minced ginger. This dish is great for kids — flavorful, nutritious, and perfect with steamed rice.
