Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 300g Pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
Instructions
- Cut pork into strips, 1cm thick.
- Marinate with wine, salt, egg white for 30 min.
- Coat with cornstarch.
- Deep fry until golden crispy.
- Make sauce: vinegar, sugar, ketchup.
- Pour sauce over pork.
- Serve immediately!
