A delicious Stir-fried Romaine Lettuce with Dace and Black Bean Sauce recipe.

Remove the fish from the can, pick out the large bones, and tear the fish into small pieces.

Heat a wok, pour in the oil and black beans from the can, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add minced garlic, ginger slices, and bird’s eye chilies — toss until aromatic. Add the blanched romaine lettuce (blanched for about 20 seconds) and toss everything together. Drizzle in a little oyster sauce and a touch of cornstarch slurry, then plate immediately.

Super simple! No need to add extra salt — the black beans and canned fish are already salty enough.
