Waterless Vegetable Chicken Pot
Ingredients
- chicken thigh meat
- button mushrooms
- carrot
- onion
- cabbage
Instructions
- Marinate the boneless chicken thigh meat for 30 minutes.
- Spray a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the garlic, onion, and carrot.
- Layer cabbage on top.
- Lay the marinated chicken flat on top.
- Add mushrooms on top, then another layer of cabbage. Season with a little salt and sugar. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- After the vegetables release their juices, open the lid, stir everything together, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
