A delicious Yuxiang Shredded Pork Whole Wheat Dumplings recipe.
Mix all-purpose flour and whole wheat flour in a 1:1 ratio, add a pinch of salt, and knead with 80°C hot water. Let the dough cool to warm, then knead again. Rest the dough, divide into small portions, and roll out into dumpling wrappers.

Marinate the shredded chicken with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, black pepper, cooking wine, and cornstarch. Heat oil in a pan, sauté sliced garlic until fragrant, then remove the garlic. Stir-fry the chicken until cooked, add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry together. Season with a pinch of salt and light soy sauce. Let the filling cool before using.
