Garlic Black Pepper Beef Cubes
Ingredients
- 300g Beef tenderloin
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Cooking wine
- 1 piece Butter
- 适量 Cooking oil
- 适量 Black pepper
Instructions
- Cut beef into small cubes. Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp black pepper, and sugar. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic cloves and fry until golden. Remove. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until both sides are lightly browned. Remove.
- Add butter to the pan and melt. Return garlic and beef, add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and black pepper. Stir-fry briefly and serve.
