Beef tenderloin 300g
Garlic cloves 3 whole
Light soy sauce 2 tbsp
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Cooking wine 1 tbsp
Butter 1 piece
Cooking oil 适量
Black pepper 适量 coarsely ground

Delicious garlic and black pepper beef cubes that will make you lick the plate!

Cooking Steps

  1. Step 1

    Cut beef into small cubes. Add 1 tbsp cooking wine, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp black pepper, and sugar. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic cloves and fry until golden. Remove. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until both sides are lightly browned. Remove.

  3. Step 3

    Add butter to the pan and melt. Return garlic and beef, add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and black pepper. Stir-fry briefly and serve.
