Stir-fried Loofah with Dried Whitebait
Ingredients
- loofah (luffa)
- dried whitebait
- minced garlic
- salt
- chicken bouillon powder
Instructions
- Rinse the dried whitebait briefly with water. Slice the loofah into rounds.
- Heat oil in a wok. Once hot, add all the ingredients and stir-fry together.
- Season with a pinch of salt.
- Add chicken bouillon powder to taste.
- Stir-fry over high heat, then toss in some bird’s eye chili at the end.
- Plate and serve — light, refreshing, and delicious! 😋
