A delicious Healthy Low-Fat Zucchini and Beef Cubes recipe.

1. Wash and dice the zucchini. 2. Cut the steak into small cubes. 3. Heat the wok until hot, add oil to coat the pan, then add the beef cubes and stir-fry until about medium-rare. 4. Add the diced zucchini, salt, black pepper sea salt, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water. 5. Toss briefly, add chicken bouillon powder, and stir-fry until just cooked through.

Notes: 1. Do not overcook, or the zucchini will release too much water. 2. For a more tender bite, use beef tenderloin.
