A delicious Teriyaki Salmon recipe.

Mix rice wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, honey, Huadiao cooking wine, grated ginger, and minced garlic together to make the teriyaki sauce.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon skin-side down for 2–3 minutes until crispy.
Flip the salmon and pour in the remaining teriyaki sauce. Reduce heat and let the sauce glaze the fish, spooning it over the top, for another 2–3 minutes.
