    Clean the fish and set aside.

  2. Prepare the sour plum and set aside.

  3. Cut the aromatics and vegetables and set aside.

  4. Shred the pickled mustard greens and set aside.

  5. Cut the fish into segments at an angle and set aside.

  6. Add lard to a clay pot, add julienned ginger and stir-fry briefly, then add the pickled mustard greens (you can also add a few slices of pork at this point, optional).

  7. Place the fish into the clay pot and add one sour plum (crush it before adding).
