Soak the beef for 3 hours to draw out the blood. Add all the seasonings. Pierce the beef all over with toothpicks to help tenderize and allow flavors to penetrate.



Add some vegetables to the braising broth and run the rice cooker on cook setting again.


Once the braised beef has cooled, portion it out in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze the portions.
