A delicious Cumin Beef Cubes recipe.

Cut the tender beef into small cubes. Don’t cut them too large so they cook quickly during the oil-sliding step.

Add 2 tsp cooking wine, 2 tsp peanut oil, 1 tsp sweet potato starch, salt to taste, ½ tsp each of onion powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, and white pepper powder, plus 5 g baking soda. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat a generous amount of oil in a wok until it reaches 80-90% hot (small bubbles quickly form on the surface). Add the beef cubes and keep stirring constantly with a spatula. Slide-oil cook for about 10 minutes until the surface moisture evaporates, the beef is cooked through, and the meat is tender. Taste to check doneness, then drain and remove.

In another wok with a little oil, add the beef cubes and chopped cilantro. Stir-fry over medium-high heat quickly until the cilantro is fragrant.
