A delicious Spicy Minced Beef Stir-fry recipe.
Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry ginger, garlic, and onion until fragrant, then remove and set aside. Add the minced beef and cook until it releases its juices — pat dry, then continue stir-frying until the beef is dry and slightly browned. Add cooking wine, doubanjiang, peanut butter, soy sauce (generous amount), oyster sauce, five-spice powder, salt, and sugar (generous amount). Return the ginger-garlic-onion mixture to the wok. Toss everything together well and serve.
