A delicious Stir-fried Beef with Basil recipe.
Slice the beef and marinate with salt, cracked black pepper, cornstarch, and oil. Mix well and set aside. Prepare the sauce in advance by mixing oyster sauce, light soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar together. Mince the garlic. Stir-fry the beef until golden brown, then add the minced garlic, dried chili peppers, and onion. Cook until fragrant.
