A delicious Stir-fried Beef with Potatoes recipe.



Prepare the vegetables: dice potatoes and carrots into small pieces and boil until cooked. Cut green beans into short sections, blanch them, then rinse with cold water. Shred the chili pepper, slice the garlic, and chop the scallions.


Heat a suitable amount of vegetable oil in the pan. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the beef cubes and stir-fry until the oil starts to render. Add the potatoes and carrots, continue stir-frying until slightly fragrant and lightly browned.

Pour in the cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and black pepper steak sauce. Stir-fry until aromatic.

Add the green beans and chili pepper, stir-frying until the flavors meld together. Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped scallions and add a pinch of chicken bouillon.
