A delicious Fish Roe Braised with Tofu recipe.

The broth is so good with rice you’ll eat three bowls! Fish roe and fish bladder braised with tofu — so savory you’ll lick the plate clean.







Heat oil in a wok. Sauté scallion sections, ginger slices, and dried chilies until fragrant. Add a spoonful of Doubanjiang (chili bean paste) and stir-fry until the red oil separates.




Add the tofu pieces. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
