A delicious Stir-fried Amaranth Greens recipe.
Heat a wok over medium heat, add lard and minced garlic. Stir until fragrant, then turn heat to high. Add the washed amaranth greens and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until wilted and tender. Turn off the heat, sprinkle in chicken bouillon powder, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
