A delicious Easy Lazy-Style Pork Guokui Flatbread recipe.

Prepare the pork filling: 1. Mince scallions and ginger. 2. Combine ground pork with 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. (If you prefer, substitute oyster sauce for the salt.) Mix well. 3. Add the minced scallions and ginger, and continue mixing until evenly combined.

Take one scallion pancake and cut it into four quarters with a cross cut. Place a spoonful of the prepared filling onto each piece.

Wrap the dough around the filling as best you can — stretch the edges with your hands, then press flat. It’s okay if some filling peeks through. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Heat a non-stick pan over low heat — no oil needed, as the scallion pancake already contains oil. Place the assembled flatbreads in the pan. Cook on low heat the entire time, letting one side set and brown before flipping.

Flip and continue cooking until both sides are golden-brown and the filling is cooked through. Remove from pan.
