Quick Cold Noodles in 5 Minutes
Ingredients
- 1 noodles
- ½ cucumber
- 2 garlic
- 1 sugar
- 2 light soy sauce
- 2 vinegar
- 1 peanuts
- 1 oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp each minced garlic, bird's eye chili, chili powder, sesame seeds
- 2 cilantro
- as needed camellia oil
Instructions
- Make the sauce: In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chili powder, and toasted sesame seeds. Drizzle with camellia oil, then add 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp aged vinegar, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 tbsp sugar. Mix well and set aside.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the noodles until done. Drain and rinse under cold water for a chewier texture. Toss with 1 tbsp camellia oil to prevent sticking. Add cilantro, julienned cucumber, and peanuts. Pour the sauce over everything and toss to combine. Enjoy!
