Ingredients
- Eggs — 3
- Salt — a pinch
- Warm water — 250g
- Minced pork — 50g
- Scallion — 1
- Oyster sauce — 1 tbsp
- Light soy sauce — 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar — 10g
- Cornstarch — 10g
Steps
- Crack three eggs into a bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
- Add warm water and stir until evenly combined.
- Strain the mixture once! Cover with plastic wrap and poke a few small holes. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the minced pork until it changes color.
- Add one tablespoon of oyster sauce.
- Add half a tablespoon of light soy sauce.
- Add half a tablespoon of sugar and stir-fry evenly.
- Mix cornstarch with half a bowl of water, pour into the pork, and cook until thickened.
- Sprinkle with chopped scallions.
- Spoon the cooked minced pork over the steamed egg custard. Enjoy!
