Black Pepper Beef with Button Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • a small amount black pepper powder

  • as needed black pepper sauce
  • as needed black pepper sea salt
  • as needed cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms and quarter them.
  2. Cut the beef into small cubes. (I used steak, but you can also use regular beef.) Marinate with light soy sauce, black pepper powder, and a little cooking oil.
  3. Cut the garlic into chunks (amount to taste).
  4. Heat oil in a wok, add the beef cubes and stir-fry until they change color. Remove and set aside.
  5. Leave the base oil in the wok and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
  6. Add the mushrooms.
  7. Continue stir-frying over medium heat.
  8. When the mushrooms have softened, add the beef cubes back.
  9. Add black pepper sauce and black pepper sea salt.
  10. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
  11. Plate and serve.
