Black Pepper Beef with Button Mushrooms
Ingredients
- as needed button mushrooms
- 2 (or use beef) steak
- as needed light soy sauce
- a small amount black pepper powder
- as needed (to taste) garlic
- as needed black pepper sauce
- as needed black pepper sea salt
- as needed cooking oil
Instructions
- Wash the mushrooms and quarter them.
- Cut the beef into small cubes. (I used steak, but you can also use regular beef.) Marinate with light soy sauce, black pepper powder, and a little cooking oil.
- Cut the garlic into chunks (amount to taste).
- Heat oil in a wok, add the beef cubes and stir-fry until they change color. Remove and set aside.
- Leave the base oil in the wok and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the mushrooms.
- Continue stir-frying over medium heat.
- When the mushrooms have softened, add the beef cubes back.
- Add black pepper sauce and black pepper sea salt.
- Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
- Plate and serve.
