Garlic Broccoli
Ingredients
- 350 broccoli
- 4-5 garlic
- 2 salt
- 2 oyster sauce
- 1 light soy sauce
- 15 cornstarch slurry
Instructions
- Cut broccoli into small florets and rinse thoroughly.
- Blanch the broccoli: Add salt and cooking oil to boiling water, then blanch for 60 seconds until just tender.
- Drain and set aside.
- Mince the garlic and prepare the cornstarch slurry.
- Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add broccoli, salt, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry, then add cornstarch slurry and cook over high heat until sauce thickens.
- Transfer to a plate and serve.
