  • 2 oyster sauce
  • 1 light soy sauce
  • 15 cornstarch slurry

Instructions

  1. Cut broccoli into small florets and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Blanch the broccoli: Add salt and cooking oil to boiling water, then blanch for 60 seconds until just tender.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. Mince the garlic and prepare the cornstarch slurry.
  5. Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add broccoli, salt, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry, then add cornstarch slurry and cook over high heat until sauce thickens.
  6. Transfer to a plate and serve.
