Chicken and Vegetable Claypot Rice
Ingredients
- as needed (1 serving) rice
- half potato
- half carrot
- 2 light soy sauce
- a pinch salt
- 1 shiitake mushroom
- 1 chicken thigh meat
- as needed scallion, ginger, garlic
- 4 leaves lettuce
- 1 oyster sauce
Instructions
- Cut the chicken thigh into pieces and marinate for about 15 minutes (2 spoons light soy sauce, 1 spoon oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, and ginger slices).
- Dice half a carrot, half a potato, and one shiitake mushroom.
- Add scallion, ginger, and garlic to a wok. Stir-fry the marinated chicken, diced carrot, potato, and mushroom for about 3 minutes.
- Wash the rice and add it to the rice cooker with the appropriate amount of water. Add the stir-fried ingredients on top.
- When the rice is done, add chopped lettuce and mix well. Your chicken and vegetable claypot rice is ready!
