Ingredients
- Crab sticks — 100g
- Salted eggs — 2
- Silken tofu — 1 box
- Boiling water — 200ml
- Cornstarch slurry — 40g
- Chopped scallions — as needed
Steps
- Dice the salted eggs and tear the crab sticks into long strips.
- Spray oil in a pan, heat it up, and add the salted egg dice. Stir-fry until sandy and fragrant.
- Add the crab sticks, pour in boiling water, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Cut the silken tofu into small pieces, add to the pot, and boil on high heat for 3 minutes.
- Add cornstarch slurry and chopped scallions. Gently stir to combine, then turn off the heat. Serve!
