Cooking Process
Slice the ham.
Cut the green peppers into strips.
Beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt.
Pour in the egg mixture, fry until set, scramble and remove.
Pan-fry the ham briefly and remove.
Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add green peppers and stir-fry until cooked.
Add the ham and eggs.
Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
Add a pinch of salt, stir-fry evenly and serve.
So delicious!
