A delicious Low-Carb Cauliflower Tuna Quiche recipe.

Add cauliflower and carrots to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Add the drained canned tuna (a bit of oil from oil-packed tuna is fine), eggs, and all seasonings. Mix everything together thoroughly.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with shredded mozzarella cheese, and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes.
