Minced Pork Stir-Fried with Tofu Puffs

Ingredients

  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut tofu puffs in half. Marinate minced pork with salt, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and pepper. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add minced pork and fry until the fat renders. Add minced garlic and bird eye chili, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add 2 tbsp light soy sauce, ½ tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, ½ tbsp doubanjiang, a pinch of sugar and salt. Stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in 1 bowl of boiling water. Add tofu puffs and cook until soft. Add a little cornstarch slurry and 1 tbsp chili powder. Cook on high heat until the sauce thickens. Add scallions before serving.
