Spicy Stir-fried Kimchi Pork
Ingredients
- pork belly
- kimchi
- sugar
- water
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: pork belly and kimchi.
- Slice the pork belly into thin pieces.
- Add the pork belly to a pan and cook until the fat renders and the edges crisp.
- Add sugar and a splash of water to the pork.
- Stir and let the pork absorb the seasoning.
- Continue cooking until the pork is nicely caramelized.
- Add the kimchi to the pan.
- Stir-fry the kimchi with the pork over medium heat. Just before serving, drizzle a little sesame oil and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
