A delicious Quick Savory Sauce Flatbread (Foolproof Version) recipe.

Make the dough: Add a pinch of salt to the flour, pour in warm water and stir until shaggy, then knead into a smooth soft dough. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 5 minutes. (5 min)

Mix the sauce: In a bowl, combine finely chopped doubanjiang, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of water and stir well. (2 min)

Roll and pan-fry: Roll the dough into a thin sheet, brush with 1 tablespoon oil, roll up into a log, coil into a round, flatten and roll out thin again. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a flat pan over medium-low heat and pan-fry until both sides are lightly golden. (5 min)

Brush sauce and serve: Brush the sauce over the flatbread, sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds, cook for 1 more minute, then cut into wedges and serve. (1 min)
