A delicious Salmon Fried Rice with Vegetables and Curry (Single Serving) recipe.
Heat lard in a pan over medium-low heat. Add the salmon and don’t move it right away — let it sear until cooked on one side before flipping.
Chop the greens in advance. Once the salmon is cooked, add the greens and stir-fry. Season with a pinch each of salt, sugar, and MSG/chicken bouillon. Stir-fry briefly — no need to cook until completely dry.
