A delicious Sour Plum Braised Fish recipe.






Add lard to a clay pot, add julienned ginger and stir-fry briefly, then add the pickled mustard greens (you can also add a few slices of pork at this point, optional).

Place the fish into the clay pot and add one sour plum (crush it before adding).

After about 5 minutes, uncover and add celery, Thai basil, and beauty pepper for color and aroma!
