Potato and Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 200g (cubed, marinated) Beef
- 1 (diced) Potato
- half (diced) Carrot
- as needed (blanched) Broccoli
- as needed Green onion
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Starch
- 1 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Mix 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp starch, little water, set aside.
- Cut beef into cubes. Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, half tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp starch, mix. Add 1 tbsp oil, marinate 10 minutes.
- Dice carrots and potatoes. Fry until lightly browned, set aside.
- Sauté chopped green onions, add beef, stir-fry until color changes.
- Add carrots and potatoes, pour in sauce, stir-fry until thickens.
- Add blanched broccoli, stir-fry evenly, serve!
- Finished dish presentation.
