  2. Cut beef into cubes. Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, half tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp starch, mix. Add 1 tbsp oil, marinate 10 minutes.
  3. Dice carrots and potatoes. Fry until lightly browned, set aside.
  4. Sauté chopped green onions, add beef, stir-fry until color changes.
  5. Add carrots and potatoes, pour in sauce, stir-fry until thickens.
  6. Add blanched broccoli, stir-fry evenly, serve!
