A delicious Stir-fried Preserved Mustard Greens with Shredded Beef recipe.

Slice the beef into thin shreds, soak in cold water to remove blood, then squeeze dry. Add all seasonings and mix with your hands until sticky. Finally add oil and mix well. (Marinate longer for best results.) Rinse the preserved mustard greens twice and squeeze dry. (Chop if needed.) Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry the preserved mustard greens until cooked. You can add a couple of dried chili peppers for flavor. Set aside. Clean the wok, heat fresh oil until hot. Stir-fry the beef shreds for about 3 tosses, then add the preserved mustard greens and toss another 2 times. (Do not overcook the beef, or it will become tough.) As soon as the beef is nearly done, add the preserved mustard greens, toss to combine, and serve immediately while hot.
