Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch for a while.
  2. Spread the cabbage leaves on the bottom of the pot.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and potatoes, then place them on top of the cabbage along with the marinated beef.
  4. Mix minced garlic, chopped scallions, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and a splash of water to make the sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the ingredients, cover with a lid, and braise over low heat for 15 minutes.
