Water-Oil Braised Beef with Cabbage
Ingredients

Instructions
- Marinate the beef with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch for a while.
- Spread the cabbage leaves on the bottom of the pot.
- Slice the tomatoes and potatoes, then place them on top of the cabbage along with the marinated beef.
- Mix minced garlic, chopped scallions, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and a splash of water to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the ingredients, cover with a lid, and braise over low heat for 15 minutes.
