Classic Chinese sweet and sour pork tenderloin – crispy on the outside, tender inside, coated in a perfect balance of sweet and tangy sauce.

Cut pork into strips, 1cm thick.

Marinate with wine, salt, egg white for 30 min.

Coat with cornstarch.

Deep fry until golden crispy.

Make sauce: vinegar, sugar, ketchup.

Pour sauce over pork.

Serve immediately!
