A delicious Spring Breakfast Formula: Shrimp & Scrambled Egg Sandwich recipe.

Peel the black tiger shrimp, then marinate with salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil for a few minutes.


Toast the ciabatta in a skillet over low heat, then spread black sesame paste on while still warm.

Heat a non-stick pan and sear the shrimp until both sides turn pink and are cooked through.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, snip the asparagus into small pieces and mix them in. Lightly spray the pan with avocado oil if needed, then pour the egg mixture over the cooked shrimp.


Layer lettuce and the cooked egg on the bread. Snip some chives on top and finish with a generous grate of Parmesan.
