Beef and Potato Stew – Rich and Fragrant
Ingredients
- 300g Beef
- 2 medium Potato
- 1 medium Carrot
- 1/2 head Broccoli
- 2 stalks Scallion
- Marinade
- Sauce
Instructions
- Prepare sauce: Mix 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp starch with a little water, set aside.
- Cut beef into cubes, add marinade (1 tbsp light soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp dark soy sauce, black pepper, 1 tbsp starch, 1 tbsp oil), let sit for 10 minutes.
- Dice carrot and potato. Heat pan with cold oil, pan-fry carrot and potato cubes until slightly golden.
- Heat another pan, sauté scallions until fragrant, add beef and stir-fry until color changes.
- Add carrot and potato cubes, pour in sauce, stir-fry until sauce thickens and coats everything.
- Add blanched broccoli, stir until well combined. Serve and enjoy this fragrant dish!
