Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Pour in the eggs and scramble until just set, then remove from the wok.

Add a little more oil to the wok, then stir-fry the chives over high heat for about 30 seconds until fragrant but still bright green.


Season with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken bouillon. Stir-fry for another 30 seconds until everything is well combined.
