A delicious Dry Pot Potato and Beef Cubes recipe.



Cut beef into bite-sized cubes. Add 1/5 tsp salt and 1/5 tsp white pepper, toss to coat evenly, then add 1 tbsp cornstarch and mix well. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan (non-stick preferred). Add beef cubes in a single layer and sear over high heat until browned.

Add potato cubes and stir-fry to coat. Reduce to medium-low heat, cover, and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cover again for another 2 minutes.


Flip and cover again for another minute over high heat. The potato surface should develop a golden-brown crust.


Finally, add 1/4 tsp salt, a pinch of sugar, 1 tbsp chili powder, a pinch of MSG, a pinch of black pepper, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, and 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds. Stir-fry until evenly mixed, then serve.
