Diced Pork and Potato Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- pork
- potatoes
- garlic
- bird's eye chili
- light soy sauce
- dark soy sauce
- salt
- sugar
Instructions
- Wash and dice the potatoes. Add to boiling water and cook until done, then drain.
- Dice the pork belly and marinate with light soy sauce. Mince the garlic and bird's eye chili.
- Heat a little oil in a wok, add the diced pork, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add minced garlic and bird's eye chili, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the diced potatoes and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir-fry, then add hot water and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Ready to serve!
- Serve with rice and enjoy!
