- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- a pinch White pepper powder
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- a drizzle Peanut oil
- Other ingredients:
- 2 stalks Garlic sprouts
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp BBQ seasoning
Instructions
- Take one piece of pork collar and slice it into thin pieces.
- Add salt, light soy sauce, white pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well by hand.
- Finally, drizzle in a little peanut oil and mix to lock in the juices. Marinate for 20 minutes.
- Cut the onion into strips.
- Cut the garlic sprouts into sections (scallion segments work too — it's mainly for color).
- Heat the wok with oil, then add the marinated pork slices.
- Pan-sear and stir until the pork is nicely browned and fragrant.
- Toss in the onion strips and stir-fry until the onion is just cooked through.
- Season with 2 tablespoons of BBQ seasoning.
- Stir-fry everything evenly.
- Finally, add the garlic sprout sections and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately! So aromatic and delicious — no exaggeration, I just stepped away to the bathroom and the meat was already gone. 😂
