Marinade 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp dark soy sauce, black pepper, 1 tbsp starch, 1 tbsp oil, marinate 10 min
Sauce 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp starch, water

Cooking Steps

  1. Step 1

    Prepare sauce: Mix 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp starch with a little water, set aside.

  2. Step 2

    Cut beef into cubes, add marinade (1 tbsp light soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp dark soy sauce, black pepper, 1 tbsp starch, 1 tbsp oil), let sit for 10 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Dice carrot and potato. Heat pan with cold oil, pan-fry carrot and potato cubes until slightly golden.

  4. Step 4

    Heat another pan, sauté scallions until fragrant, add beef and stir-fry until color changes.

  5. Step 5

    Add carrot and potato cubes, pour in sauce, stir-fry until sauce thickens and coats everything.

  6. Step 6

    Add blanched broccoli, stir until well combined. Serve and enjoy this fragrant dish!
