Cold-Tossed Okra
Ingredients
- 10 okra
- 2 garlic
- 1 light soy sauce
- 1/2 vinegar
- 1 sugar
- a few drops sesame oil
Instructions
- Crush the garlic cloves and mix with light soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Stir until well combined and set aside. Blanch the okra for 5 minutes, then remove and rinse under cold water. Arrange on a plate and drizzle the sauce over the top. Serve immediately — loved by both adults and kids!
