Dry Pot Potato Slices
Ingredients
- 2 medium Potato
- 1 piece Ham sausage
- 1 piece Green pepper
Instructions
- Cut potatoes into thin slices, about 3mm thick.
- Cut ham sausage into slices.
- Cut green pepper into pieces.
- Heat oil in pan, fry potatoes until golden.
- Remove potatoes, set aside.
- Fry ham sausage until crispy.
- Add green pepper, stir-fry briefly.
- Return potatoes, add seasonings.
- Stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning.
- Serve hot!
