Classic Chinese home-style stir-fry with glass noodles, eggs, and cabbage. Quick, easy, and incredibly flavorful!

Soak glass noodles in warm water until soft. Drain and mix with a little cooking oil and dark soy sauce to prevent sticking.

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add beaten eggs and scramble until golden. Add green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry over high heat until softened but still crisp.

Add the prepared glass noodles. Pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry quickly and evenly.

Add minced garlic, stir-fry for another 30 seconds until everything is well combined. Serve hot!
