Glass Noodles Egg Cabbage Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cabbage
- 2 handfuls Glass noodles
- 4 Eggs
- a pinch Green onions
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- a pinch Salt
- as needed Cooking oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
Instructions
- Soak glass noodles in warm water until soft. Drain and mix with a little cooking oil and dark soy sauce to prevent sticking.
- Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add beaten eggs and scramble until golden. Add green onions and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry over high heat until softened but still crisp.
- Add the prepared glass noodles. Pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry quickly and evenly.
- Add minced garlic, stir-fry for another 30 seconds until everything is well combined. Serve hot!
