Homemade Pork Floss
Ingredients
- 500 pork tenderloin
- to taste scallions
- to taste ginger
- to taste star anise
- to taste salt
- to taste light soy sauce
- to taste dark soy sauce
- to taste sugar
- to taste oyster sauce
- to taste vegetable oil
- to taste seaweed flakes
Instructions
- Place pork tenderloin in a pot with scallions, ginger, star anise, salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Add water and cook until the pork is fully tender.
- Let the cooked pork cool, then tear it into small thin shreds by hand.
- Add sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and salt to the shredded pork. Transfer to a bread maker and run the jam/floss program until the pork is dried and fluffy.
- Mix in seaweed flakes before serving.
