Instructions

  1. Place pork tenderloin in a pot with scallions, ginger, star anise, salt, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Add water and cook until the pork is fully tender.
  2. Let the cooked pork cool, then tear it into small thin shreds by hand.
  3. Add sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and salt to the shredded pork. Transfer to a bread maker and run the jam/floss program until the pork is dried and fluffy.
  4. Mix in seaweed flakes before serving.
