  • Marinade:
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • a pinch White pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • a drizzle Peanut oil
  • Other ingredients:
  • 2 stalks Garlic sprouts
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp BBQ seasoning

Instructions

  1. Take one piece of pork collar and slice it into thin pieces.
  2. Add salt, light soy sauce, white pepper, and cornstarch. Mix well by hand.
  3. Finally, drizzle in a little peanut oil and mix to lock in the juices. Marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. Cut the onion into strips.
  5. Cut the garlic sprouts into sections (scallion segments work too — it's mainly for color).
  6. Heat the wok with oil, then add the marinated pork slices.
  7. Pan-sear and stir until the pork is nicely browned and fragrant.
  8. Toss in the onion strips and stir-fry until the onion is just cooked through.
  9. Season with 2 tablespoons of BBQ seasoning.
  10. Stir-fry everything evenly.
  11. Finally, add the garlic sprout sections and toss to combine.
