Shrimp and Glass Noodle Clay Pot
Ingredients
- 300g fresh shrimp
- 50g glass noodles
- 100g baby cabbage
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 80g minced garlic
- 20g bird's eye chili
- 25g chopped scallions
- 300ml water
Instructions
- Mince garlic and bird's eye chili. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add 3 tbsp light soy sauce and 1 tbsp oyster sauce, mix well and set aside.
- Prepare a clay pot. Layer baby cabbage at the bottom, then soaked glass noodles, fresh shrimp, and the garlic chili sauce. Pour in water, cover, and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Open the lid, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and it's done!
