  • 50g glass noodles
  • 100g baby cabbage
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 80g minced garlic
  • 20g bird's eye chili
  • 25g chopped scallions
  • 300ml water

Instructions

  1. Mince garlic and bird's eye chili. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add 3 tbsp light soy sauce and 1 tbsp oyster sauce, mix well and set aside.
  2. Prepare a clay pot. Layer baby cabbage at the bottom, then soaked glass noodles, fresh shrimp, and the garlic chili sauce. Pour in water, cover, and simmer for 8 minutes.
  3. Open the lid, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and it's done!
