Cooking Steps

  1. Step 1

    Marinate beef with ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, pepper, cornstarch, oil for 15 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Peel and cube tomatoes. Slice mushrooms.

  3. Step 3

    Layer mushrooms and tomatoes in bowl. Add beef on top. Steam for 10 minutes.
