A delicious Stir-fried Beef with White Chili Peppers recipe.
Place the beef in the middle section of the fridge, then let it thaw naturally for about half an hour. When it is still slightly firm, slice it thinly against the grain — this gives the thinnest, easiest slices. Briefly boil the beef slices in water for 2–3 minutes. (Tip: boiling the beef first makes it easier to digest.)
Heat oil in a wok. Add the white chili peppers and garlic, stir-fry briefly, then add the beef. Season with salt, light soy sauce, and chicken bouillon. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and the beef is cooked through.
